Hi, I'm Rick Nesbitt. I've been in sales for 44 years and a Realtor for the past 24 years. I have consistently been in the Presidents Circle for most of those real estate years. I specialize in residential sales. My business card says," Professional Service with a Personal Touch". That's not just a slogan. I pride myself on providing the exceptional customer service. If you call me and I don't answer, it's because I'm working with another client. However, I return all calls, text messages and emails once I become available. Additionally my clients become my friends and refer me to their friends and family as their trusted resource for all real estate services. On a personal note, I've been married for 35 years and have 2 daughter and 4 grandchildren. I'm actively involved in my community serving on the 3 different Board of Directors, Topeka Sunflower Association of Realtors, Greater Topeka Partnership and the Sherwood Improvement District. I believe in giving back to my community.
